Hired to remove moss on a backyard shed roof. Got an estimate quickly after a few text messages. Arrived late but the 4-5 crew worked efficiently and completed the job within the estimated time frame and before it got dark. Took very good care not to damage nearby potted plants/trees and did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

Have used EXT multiple times for both gutter cleaning and power washing. I have always inquired over text messages, Ruben is so responsive, easy to work with. Pricing is very fair and reasonable. While cleaning my gutters they noticed a few cracked shingles and offered to repair & seal. I am always very pleased with their services! They do a very great job overall.

I had a very good experience with EXT Cleaning. Ruben gave me a reasonable estimate over the phone for gutter cleaning. On the day of service the crew arrived on time. They were professional, efficient and very good with debris cleanup. They informed me about few broken roof tiles and repaired those with reasonable price. The scheduled date for cleaning my gutters was prompt. They arrived on time and were finished in a little over an hour. They took before and after pictures and the gutters were whistle clean and they left no mess behind. Very pleasant to work with.

Did a great job cleaning out gutters that probably hadn’t been cleaned in years. Had before and after photos and completed the job for a reasonable price. Also was good enough to point out some other potential issues he saw on the roof so I could get them taken care of.

EXT cleaning came out and cleaned out my gutters and down spouts . They even blew all the leaves off of my roof . They did an amazing job. My gutters and downspouts are as good as new . They were also very professional and friendly and respectful of my property. They did not leave any mess behind. They were very prompt and showed up on time. It was also a great deal for all the work they performed.

Ruben came out early for his appointment. I had one badly clogged downspout. I also had a special need regarding pigeons nesting under my eaves. He explained what he was going to do, showed me photos of the gutters/tile roof. He sealed up some roof tiles for me. I highly recommend Ruben, he's competent, professional and easy to deal with.

Rubin is the owner. He came with an assistant. They were the best. We did our gutter cleaning for 4 times in the last 12 years. He cleaned our gutter thoroughly and price was reasonable. He sealed our two small cracks for free too. We recommend EXT Cleaning to anyone who would like to clean their gutters.

Ruben is the best. It’s hard to find good people and he is good people. Great communication and detail oriented. He does great work and is also personable which is rare these days. He also has a network of people in the trades and gives excellent. I will never have anyone else clean my gutters as long as he’s around. He did 3 of my houses in one day and sent before and after pictures.

They did a great job cleaning the gutters at our home. They called if they were running a few minutes late which is appreciated. We will probably have them wash our windows later this spring.
EXT Cleaning did phenomenal work with our gutters. The previous owners of the home never cleaned them, and you can tell by the lack of water flow from the gutters to the down-spouts. EXT came in and did a thorough job cleaning them. They kept us updated on their progress as well which was really appreciated.

Ruben and his team did a great job cleaning our second floor gutters at a reasonable price. I do the first floor myself each year, but I hire someone to do the second floor as needed. Ruben also found a couple of roof tiles that had shifted out of place, and fixed and sealed them at a reasonable price. I’m definitely planning to be a repeat customer!
Absolutely epic service on both my gutters (which I had neglected for years), taking care of algae that had grown on the exterior walls of my home after said years of gutter neglect, and power washing my pation and walkways making them look new again. Prices were very reasonable.

The owner, Ruben, is one of the most sincere and conscientious businessmen that I have ever met. His pricing structure is very fair, and he never complained about the changes in the weather that occurred throughout his lengthier service appointment. He was very accommodating about my lack of knowledge of the existing gutter guards. He had quoted one very low price, based on my not knowing that gutter guards were in place, but once he saw the unanticipated, old-school gutter guards that presented difficulties in removal and replacement, he rescheduled and did not take payment until my home's gutters were squeaky-clean, and the gutter guards were returned to their original positions, perfectly aligned as someone with Ruben's great work ethic would ensure. The alteration to the fee was still quite low, and his assessment of the time it would take him and his helper was right on target. I highly recommend EXT Cleaning. They are very astute and honorable.

I live in a house built in 1917. My landlord does not take care of it very well. It’s always like pulling teeth anytime something needs to be fixed so we end up doing it ourselves or paying someone to handle it. Our house is Basically up on stilts, so it’s hard to get on the roof and our roof is super steep. basically, I would not be going up there to clean off the leaves that had accumulated in a crevice for the entire four years we’ve lived here, let alone clean out the gutters. I noticed a little yellow sign on the side of the road with a phone number offering gutter cleaning. I shot them a text and set up an appointment for them to come out. They honored the appt and when they arrived it was raining hard. Luckily it let up a bit but they were set to move forward even if it didn’t. Fast and friendly. I would def recommend and call them again.
Saw the Gutter Cleaning signs in our neighborhood and realized that my gutters hadn't been touched in 10 years. I called the number and was given a quote after providing information (i.e. sq ft, location). Ruben was very friendly and professional while answering my questions. An appointment was set and service was complete in about an hour. He also provided before and after photos. I would recommend them to anyone who needs the service.
